Whites are about 60% of the population, but now hold ONLY 54% of all jobs — proving that WHITES are now UNDER-Represented in the workforce! Minorities are only 34% of all job applicants, but Bloomberg News reported that, of the 323,000 jobs offered in 2022 by the 100 largest U.S. corporations, 303,000 jobs (94%) were given to Minorities! Whites were 66% of the applicants, but received ONLY 6% of those jobs! Among companies with 100+ employees, Whites were 66% of the applicants, but received only 45% of jobs. Minorities were only 34% of applicants, but received a whopping 55% of jobs. Blacks were only 11% of all applicants, but received 18% of all jobs – thus proving EXTREME and BLATANT discrimination against Whites, and INTENTIONAL hiring bias and privilege FOR Minorities! Because of illegal demands for "Equity", which causes blatant hiring preferences for Minorites, Minorities are now OVER-Represented in the workforce. Minorities also receive preference and privilege when it comes to layoffs: Whites are 54% of the workforce, but were 70% of all workers laid-off. Blacks claim that only 66% of new Black Teacher graduates get hired, due to ‘discrimination.” But US Dep’t. of Education data shows that only 35% of new White Teacher graduates get hired – proving that Black Teachers are actually TWO TIMES MORE likely to get hired than Whites! (25 states now host job fairs for MINORITIES ONLY — WHITES NEED NOT APPLY!.) Each year, Affirmative Action takes away 1,000,000 jobs from White applicants, (who are the MOST-QUALIFIED applicants) and gives those 1,000,000 jobs to a LESS-Qualified Minority, solely because they are Black/Brown. These illegal job fairs and actions against Whites are extreme violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964! But no one enforces this law, when the victims are White! Merit no longer matters, if you are White. Minorities know that no one will stop their illegal discrimination — so they keep doing MORE of it! -Blacks are 12% of the population, but receive 40% of all welfare payments and ACA Health Care Subsidies.
-Blacks are 9% of the college population, but receive a whopping 36% of all Federal student grants and loans.
-Blacks receive 40,000 college scholarships. Minorities receive 100,000 scholarships. Whites receive 0 (NONE)!
Black Farmers claimed they were discriminated against by having a lower percent of their farm loans approved. But their lower approval rate was due to their lower credit scores, lower income, lower assets, and higher debt. But they DENIED these TRUTHS, and each Black farmer was given $500,000 CASH anyway, if they had a loan denied. In a separate pay-out to Minorities, Congress gave a $5,000,000,000 ($5 BILLION) CASH GIFT to Minority Farmers, to divide up, simply for being Black or Brown. White Farmers got NOTHING – even if they had a loan denied!

Blacks claim that their higher Infant Mortality Rate is due to “White People”. But government data shows that Blacks’ higher Infant Mortality Rate is due solely to pregnant Black women being MURDERED at a higher rate – and 94% are murdered by Blacks! Blacks claim that Blacks DIE from COVID at TWICE the rate of Whites. But government data shows that Blacks get INFECTED with COVID at THREE times the rate of Whites (Due to living in densely-populated urban areas, and not following CDC guidelines) – proving that Blacks are actually treated BETTER than Whites in hospitals! Blacks claimed that COVID was harder on Black businesses than White businesses. So they asked for money to be given ONLY to minority-owned businesses. This resulted in several states giving $60,000,000 ($60 million) dollars to minority-owned businesses ONLY. White businesses got NOTHING – even if their financial losses were greater! All of this factual DATA proves that Blacks are actually treated BETTER than Whites, in our healthcare system!

America is one of the only countries in the world where this is possible. Where you can have intergenerational ascension. Where your kids can be better than how you are today. This isn't a fallacy. That's why Asian Americans entered in the 1940s as the poorest group in America and they're the richest group. The Constitution was not written in Korean. But yet they've benefited the most from what people call a "white" predominant society. Indian Americans for example from India are the 2nd richest percent race. There twice as many "white" people living in poverty today then 'black' people. The rare for poverty in the 'black' community is much higher but the aggregate number is some that shouldn't be ignored. So that the misconception that our country is rigged just for people based on a certain skin color has zero evidence. Ironically that is the predominant thing that is being taught in our university. Now when did America become less rigged? In the 60s, 70s and 80s America got significantly less racist as we passed the civil rights act things got more equitable in the sense where decisions got rewarded more. Asian Americans built the railroad system in America in the late 1800s. America put Japanese in internment camps in the 1940s. Jewish Americans had an extermination order against them in Europe in the 1940s. The point being is almost every racial ethnic group has had some form of suffering. So to point to something that happened a very very long time ago and attribute the inequality today is ludacris. I'm not gonna defend slavery despite everything race being enslaved at some point and time. Just know Every civilization is built on the graves of the previous one.

My kids are better off than I. They had both parents they went to church they finished high school and trade school. They are married to babies momma were married years before babies. The honest reality is that as soon as you offer “Black Only” graduation ceremonies, you are making the other ceremonies essentially closer to “White Only”. The black college population is about 11% and the other non-white population is about 25%. So, this would be removing about 1/3 (33%) of the non-white population. This would likely make the other non-whites even more uncomfortable.
