The trees in the front yard were overgrown and hiding most of the home. With the trees gone, the owners can actually see the front of their house and allow the entryway to become the focal point of the home. From the new door, to the black molding around the windows, and the clean lines of the landscaping, this house has left the past and now has a classic, modern appeal.

In this remodel, the concrete structure was kept as the framework of the design, but the old tile was removed, concrete flooring was laid and the front door was replaced with a modern design that also allowed for more light to flow into the house.
