You can place decorative pumpkins just about anywhere, and the row of four on designer Ashley Alonzo’s window sill is completely charming. Nothing ushers in the fall season more than the first fire in your fireplace, and a decorated mantle will make the vibes even cozier. Designer Theresa Mayer opted for pumpkins, faux fall foliage and pillar candles for her mantle. A beautiful digital art piece display on the TV ties in the colors of her living room rug, curtains and throw pillows. When styling, don’t forget to include the floor in front of your fireplace.
Mayer opted to place two dark brown woven pumpkins to the side of the fireplace, and it brings the whole mantle together. Just be sure to keep all decor far enough away so you’re not creating a fire hazard.
