Jordan is correct. No one really knows what the market is going to do: up, down or sideways…this includes billionaire investors. But, billionaire investors do take educated guesses and then make bold bets. Sometimes they win, sometimes they lose, but that’s good enough to build a fortune. They take profits and then continually reinvest new clients money. The key is to continually keep investing. Then slowly they become super wealthy.

Go into privates and indexes. I like private real estate, utilities, and private credit. There isn’t as much public information so they aren’t as efficient of markets. There are some good annuity offerings right now as well. The problem is you have to be accredited. The system doesn’t benefit every day middle class people. These are less liquid but can provide attractive returns.

I invest in myself and my family. Not rich corporations and shallow business freaks. I will NEVER need wall street, it absolutley does not matter to me if it crashes or if everyone in the world invests. I dont, wont, cant, shouldnt, didnt and i think its a waste of everyones time. Of course i live on less than $5k per year so what do i know? I know money is dirty, no matter whos ass it was up against.
