People are losing their life savings on Telegram through petty scams. What can be said about that? With no customer support, there's no one to report this to, which is alarming. While free speech is important, Telegram has also become a regular platform for scams. Something needs to be done about it. I know many people who lost money and then uninstalled Telegram for good. People have different priorities and concerns, and for some, freedom of speech isn't their top priority but money is.
It is a violation of freedom of speech and expression for Pavel Durov to be arrested for simply running the Telegram service independently. This incident highlights the fact that no online platform is truly free from monitoring or interference. We stand in solidarity with Durov and demand his immediate release. Such actions only serve to stifle innovation and limit the ability of individuals to freely communicate and express themselves online ✊

Tucker, not everything is a matter of efficiency (if you haven't read The Burnout Society, and everything Byung Chul Han wrote, you should). Can you imagine the greatest works of literature, philosophy, the greatest movies, or a "simple" airplane actually flying and taking you safely from point A to point B if it all the companies and individuals involved in such creations would have cared about efficiency first? And regarding your work, you make 1 hour interviews to say things (mostly irrelevant) which could be told in 10 minutes… what about efficiency in your case?
